You have answered a distress beacon, and you are the only person standing in the way of the pirates circling the island and the scientists trapped on the island... Odyssey combines a deep story told through diaries you find on the island with challenging and rewarding puzzles, which are all based on real laws of physics and thrilling experiments. Explore the beautiful island, read the expertly written notes and solve puzzles that will test your knowledge of physics and logical thinking.
Odyssey is a learning game that takes the players on a journey throughout the history of astronomy. Beginning with early civilizations and acclaimed philosophers such as Aristotle and Parmenides and continuing all the way up to Copernicus, Galileo and other revolutionary astronomers, the game provides an excellent and tangible progression of scientific breakthroughs that ultimately popularized the heliocentric model. In addition to learning vital details of astronomy and its history, the game also contains challenging logical elements and educational puzzles. You will also need to read the notes left by one of the stranded scientists, therefore also practicing reading comprehension and drawing the players into the story.
